Kalah is a female fronted act from Italy that was founded in the year 2020.

The band is playing an unique sort of Metal. A style I never heard before, well never.. I will tell you more about this later. In general it sounds like: Nightwish goes industrial, all with some heavy, thrash, power metal influences. All in all, its melodic, progressive and one of a kind.

To come back on that never heard heard before point. I remember Babylon Zoo already did this back in the year 1996 (mixing house music with metal), still it never became very common to combine these 2 different genres.

Last but not least, I love the melodic vocal parts by Claudia Gigante. This lady got a serious big reach! Good album with amazing good voice and sound. Still very strange to hear this techno beats in Metal, but it suits.
